"Authority"), will conduct a public hearing concerning
the approval of a plan of finance for the issuance of
its Housing Authority of the County of Boulder, Colorado
Development Revenue Bonds (Blue Vista Project) Series
2006 in a principal amount not to exceed $10,000,000
(the "Series 2006 Bonds") for the purpose of making a
loan to Investment Management Beneficiary, LLC ("IMBY"),
a Colorado limited liability company, the sole member of
which is Thistle Community Housing ("Thistle"), a
Colorado nonprofit corporation, or to another affiliate
of Thistle (a) to finance the acquisition, construction,
equipping and improvement of the Blue Vista housing
development, a 198 home mixed-income development located
on 18 acres of land at Quail Road and Cardinal Way in
the City of Longmont in the County of Boulder, Colorado
(the "Project"), (b) to fund certain reserve accounts,
if necessary, and (c) to pay certain costs of issuance
of the Series 2006 Bonds. The Series 2006 Bonds will
constitute a special limited obligation of the Authority
payable solely from revenues derived by the Authority
pursuant to a Financing Agreement, dated as of November
1, 2006, by and among the Authority, IMBY and Guaranty
Bank & Trust Company. IMBY will be the developer of the
Project. This notice is intended to comply with the
public notice requirements of Section 147(f) of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. All
interested parties are invited to present comments at a
public hearing regarding the plan of finance, the
issuance of the Series 2006 Bonds and the Project being
financed thereby.
