It has been determined that you are an adjacent property owner to the subject project. Notice is hereby given that the County Engineer has determined that Floodplain Development Permit #06-20 FW has been issued to Terrance and Judith Paul of 3787 Spring Valley Road (Lot 22, Spring Valley Estates) meets applicable standards for approval, subject to the condition that the revised landscape plan is accepted by the Commissioners.
