MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
BOULDER COUNTY, JANUARY
17, 2001
The Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County met in
regular session in full conformity with the law and resolution of said Board at
the regular place of meeting in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners,
Third Floor, Courthouse, Boulder, Colorado, on Wednesday, January 17, 2001.
The meeting was called to order at approximately 9:20 a.m., by
Chair Mendez with the following present:

Paul Danish, Chair
Ronald K. Stewart, Commissioner

Docket #LU-00-17 (Vivace Reef LLC); Limited Impact Special
Review for grading more than 500 cu.yds. of material for a proposed road,
including a Site Plan Review for a 6,450 sq.ft. residence (located off County
Road 83-J, north of Sunshine Canyon Drive, in Section 5 & 8, T1N, R71W)

Commissioner Mendez seconded the motion.
VOTE: STEWART, aye; MENDEZ, aye; DANISH, aye. Motion passed 3-0.

ACTION
After a detailed discussion, the Board of Commissioners
accepted the report and noted it for the record.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and passed unanimously, this
meeting was adjourned by the Commissioners at approximately 9:45 a.m.
