MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

BOULDER COUNTY, JANUARY 31, 2001

The Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County met in regular session in full conformity with the law and resolution of said Board at the regular place of meeting in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Third Floor, Courthouse, Boulder, Colorado, on Wednesday, January 31, 2001.

The meeting was called to order at approximately 9:05 a.m., by Chair Mendez with the following present:

The public hearing was closed and Board discussion began at 3063.

Commissioner Stewart: AI move to table Docket #LU-00-17, Vivace Reef LLC limited impact special review, until Wednesday, February 14, 2001, at 9:00 a.m.@ Commissioner Danish seconded the motion.

VOTE: STEWART, aye; MENDEZ, aye; DANISH, aye. Motion passed 3-0. (3166)

Direction to those present that Land Use be given an opportunity to examine materials submitted by applicant today and to review average house size along County Road 83. Further, that Parks examine both of applicant=s proposals for visual impacts.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and passed unanimously, this meeting was adjourned by the Commissioners at approximately 10:15 a. m.
