MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
BOULDER COUNTY, MARCH
14, 2001
The Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County met in
regular session in full conformity with the law and resolution of said Board at
the regular place of meeting in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners,
Third Floor, Courthouse, Boulder, Colorado, on Wednesday, March 14, 2001.
The meeting was called to order at approximately 9:10 a.m., by
Chair Mendez with the following present:

Paul Danish, Chair (late)
Ronald K. Stewart, Commissioner

Land Use Matter:
Docket #LU-00-17 (Vivace Reef LLC); Limited Impact Special
Review for grading more than 500 cu.yds. of material for a proposed road,
including a Site Plan Review for a 6,450 sq.ft. residence (located off County
Road 83-J, north of Sunshine Canyon Drive, in Section 5 & 8, T1N, R71W)
(Tabled from 9/7/00, 10/17/00, 11/14/00, 12/7/00 , 1/17/01, 1/31/01, 2/14/01,
& 2/21/01): (9:10 - 9:55) (2548, Tape No. 13) (The tape was started
about 5 min. after the beginning of the meeting, due to machine error.)
Legal notice of this hearing was duly published in
accordance with legal and policy requirements in the designated newspaper of
general circulation.

Commissioner Stewart moved to hold an executive session for
the purpose of receiving legal advice concerning this docket. Commissioner
Danish seconded the motion.
VOTE: STEWART, aye; MENDEZ, aye; DANISH, aye. Motion passed 3-0.
