MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

BOULDER COUNTY, MAY 9, 2002

The Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County met in regular session in full conformity with the law and resolution of said Board at the regular place of meeting in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Third Floor, Courthouse, Boulder, Colorado, on Thursday, May 9, 2002.

The meeting was called to order at approximately 1:33 p.m. by Chair Mendez with the following present:

Public Hearing: Docket #LU-02-04 (McConnell’s Greenhouse LU); Limited Impact Special Review to replace 5,880 sq.ft. of existing greenhouse structures with 10,982 sq.ft. of new greenhouse (located at 9849 Isabelle Road, Lafayette, in Section 21, T1N, R69W).

The tract of land contains a residential structure built in 1956 consisting of 572 total sq. ft. (located at 2420 Big Owl Road, in Section 2, T3N, R73W).

b. Memorandum of Understanding and Letter of Relinquishment with the Denver Water Board regarding BLM properties that the County currently leases in the Walker Ranch area.
